Anyone can subscribe to the newsletter of Risk Control Services Finland Oy and/or its subsidiaries via the subscription form on the samisallinen.fi website. Data retention period

Risk Control Services Finland Oy keeps personal data for at least the period required by law or regulation. The retention period of customer data may be longer to achieve normal and legitimate business objectives. For closed customer relationships, all stored data will be periodically reviewed and unnecessary personal data will be deleted.

8. Principles for the protection of the register

The register will be handled with care and the data processed in the information systems will be adequately protected. The security of the servers storing the data in the register is adequately ensured.

The data stored, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, will be treated confidentially. It shall be handled only by those employees whose job description includes it.

9. Rights of the data subject

Any person in the register has the right to check the data recorded in the register and to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data recorded about him or her, the request must be sent in writing to the controller.

A person in the register has the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning him or her from the register (“right to be forgotten”). They also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of processing of personal data in certain circumstances.

If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limits set by the EU GDPR, as a general rule within one month.

We are constantly developing our services. Risk Control Services Finland Oy reserves the right to amend and/or update this Privacy Policy. We will inform you of any changes in this document, so please check for any updates from time to time. Changes will always take effect immediately after publication on this page.
